Sigh! I have an exam in quantum mechanics tomorow and smart as I am I do not one but TWO Eets levels! I must be crazy. Anyway I really like the dynamics about this one. I'm sure there are lots of unintended solutions but please try to look for the intended solution also! Just view the whole level as an exploding ladder...

And please try to tell me how you solve it

Important hint: Every arrow is pointing in the right direction for the first pig passing it.

It's not meant to be insane. Sad

Hint 1: Every arrow is pointing in the right direction for the first pig passing it.
Hint 2: Get Eets to the animal skeleton way to the left.

Now I will leave hints/spoilers in spoiler blocks...

Is this a good way to leave an in game hint? I think it's quite elegant but maybe I ought to change the fireflies color... What do you think?

Have anyone completed this level? I think it's so cool, but maybe it isn't? I've made a replay for the level, if you think it's needed. Should I put it up somewhere?

That was pretty crazy actually - I had to look at your hints, and then I decided not to use them Razz. I really like the fireflies though. I'm attaching my replay in case you want to attempt to get rid of my solution.

I like your solution better cause it's much more involved, but I did not expect Eets to get to the goal from that direction with all the explosions happening.

Shocked Shocked Shocked

This was my conversation with Miracle Monkey on this puzzle:

Jamie says:
your happy to explode soln is bloody insane
miracle monkey says:
Thank you Smile
miracle monkey says:
But so is the official soln
Jamie says:
WTF?!?!?!?
Jamie says:
the official soln... is... holy crap
miracle monkey says:
he goes all the way to the left, then under the thing!
miracle monkey says:
And David said it wasn't supposed to be that hard
Jamie says:
LOL
miracle monkey says:
I love the fireflies though
Jamie says:
i just watched it again and laughed out loud
miracle monkey says:
Very Happy

David, you should definitely post this level, with your solution saved as the official solution (just complete the puzzle in the Puzzle Maker). It's amazing!

Okay! More fireflies! I would be grateful if you who have completed the level or watched my intended solution could just take a quick look at this. The fireflies are supposed to "guide the way". They basically tells you where and when a mini pig is going to meet with Eets. I hope this will make the level easier. I might remove the firefly arrow now. What I ask is: is this how I should post this level, or should I do any changes?

Hahaha! I love the step by step instructions. To be honest, I'm a bit torn on which one is better.

I like how, without the instructions, it's totally unexpected the way Eets gets to the goal, but I also think the numbers are really funny.

Hmmm...

Haha! Well... No rush. I'll wait for a while to see if someone else has something to say. The point about the numbers is that it doesn't have to be obvious what they mean. A puzzle within the puzzle Wink

I love it both ways, too. If I were you, I'd release both. Personally, I was overwhelmed by the number of reflectors when I first looked at it last night, and I was tired and on my way to bed. So I didn't have time to attempt it until I solved it. Then, just now, I downloaded the new version without going back to the old. It's easier with the numbers, but people won't know what they are immediately, and you've still gotta figure out the timing. Also, your clue on the forum that a pig has to go through each reflector before it's flipped made a big difference. Even with the numbers, I'd still be working at it if it wasn't for that. I'd say it's Insane without numbers and Hard with them. Also, my opinion is that you don't need the arrow.

What do you say, BigFoot? Is it okay to release two versions of the same puzzle? One hard with no clues where I try to make miracle monkeys solution impossible, and one quite hard whith lots of fireflie clues.
