Is there a copy/paste for the level editor? And if not can one be added?

Hmmm... I'll add it to the list but this feature will probably need to wait until either an expansion or the next version of Eets.

What do you think of adding a wiki for a suggestions box?

Thanks!

I just got the game and have spend a lot of time in the last week creating puzzles (probably ones that are way to intricate). One of the biggest hindrinces i have encountered is that when you use either of the anti grav items all items everywhere are effects. It would be infinitely useful if items had an attribute that would allow you to keep them from being effected by antigrav or reverse gravity, whatever you call it. As a second and third thought though hardly as important it would be nice to have antigrav items that only affected specific area. The third thought being it would be hice to have something that made them jump but only worked one way to help navigate the terrain which doesn't always fit together as nicely as one likes. Ok theres my 7 cents (ya few extra pennies there).

For the current version you can work around your problems like so:

Use anti-grav stars to hold items in place when creating items or other similar tricks (trees mushrooms unused platforms).

If you have an area that eets has to ",jump", you can use a whale to throw him up.

Two things I would really like to see would be ",melding", and ",rescaling",.

Melding would be to make two pieces connect to one piece. It would be good if you could place two platforms overlapping each other and make them ",meld", so that Eets doesn't jump when he comes to the invissible boundery.

Rescaling would be exactly what it sounds like. For any given piece of terain you get the opportunity to enlarge it or make it smaller or even stretch it's widht or length thus slightly changing it's shape.

Would this be hard to implement because I think these features could be really intuitive and useful.

I definitely agree with your suggestions, while I was making the levels for Eets I really wished platforms could ",join up", and be able to enlarge or shrink although implementing that would've makde our programmer's head explode Shocked

But fear not! For the next version of Eets this is definitely something I'm going to push for.

what about adding a function to save replays so everyone can share his/her fancy replays with others!

Or is this feature already available and I haven't found it yet?

No it isn't and I would also like that feature very much. The creators have made some replays though... You can find one in the previous ",eets weekly",.

Yeah that's probably the number 1 thing on my wish list on Eets. An easy way to share replays.

In the meantime we'll use YouTube + any video capturing software and in the future we'll work replays into the games we do. Lesson learned! Thanks for the input though this is the kind of input that will shape our next production Very Happy

Isn't it easier to just make your solution to the level in the editor and save it with a modifier to the name? Well I gess that doesn't work so well with levels that have to be interacted with. N/m.
